Shipping
We ship across Canada from our Toronto studio.
Processing time
Every Moonlight candle is handmade to order, so please allow 4 to 5 business days for us to create and dispatch your order. Shipping times begin once your order is dispatched.
Shipping rates and delivery times
- Toronto and the GTA: $14.99, delivered in 5 to 8 business days. Free on all orders over $120.
- Rest of Canada: $18.99 to $34.99 depending on the quantity and order amount, delivered in 6 to 12 business days. Free on all orders over $220.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package.
Delays
Delivery times are estimates. Severe weather, carrier delays, and busy holiday seasons can occasionally add extra days. If your tracking has not moved for a while, contact us and we will follow up with the carrier.
Shipping address
Please double-check your address at checkout. We cannot take responsibility for packages sent to an incorrect address, but reach out and we will do our best to help.
Local pickup
Local pickup in Toronto is available at checkout if you prefer to collect your order in person.
Returns
Because each candle is handmade to order, all sales are final.
If your order arrives damaged or something is not quite right, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will make it right with a replacement or a refund.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns of used or burned candles.
