At Moonlight, we are committed to delivering the highest quality products. Due to the nature of our business and the handmade or custom nature of our products, we regret that we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on any items.
Exceptions:
- We understand that mistakes or damage can occasionally occur. In such cases, please contact our customer support team within 2 days of receiving your order. We will make every effort to address and resolve your concerns promptly.
How to Cancel:

- Please provide your order number and a brief explanation for the cancellation.
Partial Cancellations:
- You may request a partial cancellation of your order if you wish to remove specific items from your purchase. Please contact us to discuss your request, and we will provide guidance on the process.
Cancellation Period:
- You have the right to cancel your order within 24 hours from the date of purchase.
Cancellation Fee:
- A cancellation fee is 30% of the total if you cancel your order after the cancellation period has passed or if the order has already been processed and prepared for shipment. The cancellation fee may vary depending on the circumstances and will be communicated to you at the time of cancellation.
Custom Orders:
- Orders for custom or personalized items are non-refundable once the production process has begun. If you wish to cancel a custom order, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will provide information on any applicable cancellation fees.
